The Rambunctious Theatre Company is committed to being an all-inclusive performance company. We have created sensory-friendly performances in the past for audiences with those needs. Our next sensory-friendly performance will be “ROCK OF AGES” in Russell Theater on Wednesday, February 13th at 7:00pm. Tickets to the Sensory-Friendly performance will be available at a reduced cost of $7 per ticket.

Features of our Sensory-Friendly show:
The Social Story - In your program you will find a Social Story. The Social Story gives you some information about the show and options for what to do whenever you feel nervous or uncomfortable.
Break Space - For this Sensory-Friendly performance, a break space will be located outside of the theater in the main hallway. It will be a secluded area blocked off with screens for privacy. Inside the break space will have bean bags, fun chairs, a weighted blanket, and other fidgets for you to use. If others want to use it, we will have a timer for helping to take turns.
THIS IS THE SENSORY-FRIENDLY GOODY BAG! INSIDE ARE THREE ITEMS: 1) ROCKSTAR KEYCHAIN ; 2) A WEIGHTED RECORD; AND 3) A STRAW.
NOTE: ALL ITEMS INCLUDED IN THE SENSORY-FRIENDLY GOODY BAG ARE LIKE SOUVENIRS! PLEASE FEEL FREE TO TAKE THEM HOME!
THIS IS THE ROCKSTAR KEYCHAIN. IT COMES IN MULTIPLE COLORS AND IS MADE UP OF PARACORD, YARN, PLASTIC BEADS, AND METAL HEX NUTS. THE BEADS AND HEX NUTS ARE ABLE TO MOVE SO YOU CAN PLAY WITH THEM.
THIS IS THE WEIGHTED RECORD. IT IS MADE UP OF FELT, SEQUINS, AND GLITTER GLUE. INSIDE, IT IS FILLED WITH POLY PELLETS TO GIVE IT A LITTLE WEIGHT.
THERE ALSO IS A STRAW IN THE SENSORY-FRIENDLY GOODY BAG. IT CAN BE USED FOR BREATHING IN AND OUT FOR CALMING PURPOSES.
