2.Submit Content: Fill out form with your text and photos Photo Naming Note: Name all photo files with your student’s or group’s name before uploading (e.g., Jane_Doe_1.jpg).

• Option A — We design it for you: Upload your photos and text in the submission form, and the RTC Publicity Crew will assemble the ad.

• Option B — Submit ready-to-print artwork: Create your design using the following exact pixel dimensions:

  • 1/8 Page: 1020 x 734 px

  • 1/4 Page: 1020 x 1548 px

  • 1/2 Page: 2120 x 1548 px

  • Full Page: 2120 x 3176 px
