Step 2: Submit your ad/shout out information to the RTC Publicity Crew, by filling out this form no later than April 4th to request for an ad to be placed in the Playbill.

If you would like to have the Publicity Crew create your ad for you, please indicate that on the form. You will need to send them your own photos and message to use in the creation of the ad. If you would prefer to send your own ad/tribute already created, please be sure to create that ad/tribute in the appropriate dimensions as listed below.
